When longtime Georgia entrepreneur Chadwick Peck spotted two run-down buildings in downtown Demorest, he didn’t see blight - he saw opportunity. With help from the UGA SBDC Specialty Programs Division and its SSBCI business advisors, Peck secured the funding he needed to bring these properties back to life.
